CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Welcome to Mann Yoga! We understand that plans may change, and we strive to provide a fair and flexible approach to cancellations and refunds for our online yoga classes. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. General Cancellation Policy

1.1. Cancellations by Participants:

Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled class time to reschedule or receive credit for a future session.
Late cancellations (less than 6 hours before class) or no-shows are non-refundable and will not be eligible for rescheduling.

1.2. Cancellations by Mann Yoga:

If Mann Yoga needs to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified as soon as possible.
Participants will have the option to reschedule the class, receive credit for a future session, or request a full refund.

2. Membership Cancellation Policy

2.1. Monthly Subscriptions:

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled with at least 3 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
No refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle; access to online classes will continue until the end of the billing period.

2.2. Annual Subscriptions:

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 14 days of purchase.

3.1. Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are processed for eligible cancellations as outlined above.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method only.

3.2. Processing Time:

Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

3.3. Non-Refundable Fees:

Administrative fees, processing charges, and late cancellation penalties are non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling Policy

4.1. Rescheduling by Participants:

Participants can reschedule a class if the cancellation is made at least 6 hours before the class.
Rescheduling requests must be made through email at [your email address] or via our booking platform.

4.2. Rescheduling by Mann Yoga:

If a class is rescheduled by Mann Yoga, participants will be notified promptly and provided with alternative time slots to choose from.

5. Extenuating Circumstances

Refunds or rescheduling due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, internet connectivity issues) may be considered at the discretion of Mann Yoga. Supporting documentation may be required.
